From screwball comedy to award-winning TV series…celebrities from all walks of Tinseltown seem to be getting caught red-handed with drinking and driving.

Chris Klein, a former sort-of heartthrob from back in the days of American Pie, was arrested for his second driving under the influence offense in Sherman Oaks, California at 3 in the morning.
The California Highway Patrol reportedly saw the actor’s vehicle weaving from lane to lane and pulled him over. The 31-year old allegedly failed the sobriety and he was taken into custody before being released on his “own recognizance”.
The Sopranos actor, Joseph Gannascoli was also collared with a DUI in Tampa recently. According to the police, he was taken in for DUI after his 2010 Dodge crossed a line marker while making a right turn before it drifted across another lane.
The 51-year old actor failed the sobriety test administered and blew a .111 on the Breathalyzer, which is above the Florida legal limit of .08 BAC.
