No Reckless Driving or Speeding Charges Against Henry’s Fiancée

Here’s an update on the truck accident which killed Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry over what some believed to be a violent domestic altercation.

The Charlotte-Mecklenburg police will not be pressing any charges Loleini Tonga, Henry’s fiancée who was driving the truck at the time of his accident. Authorities say that there is no evidence that she drove recklessly or with excessive speed so as to cause the football player’s fatal injuries.

Henry fell from the back of the truck and died a day later from head injury caused by blunt-force trauma.
