Mel Gibson Bids Goodbye to DUI

The Braveheart star Mel Gibson can now rest after Judge Lawrence Mira signed legal documents expunging the misdemeanor DUI from the actor’s record.

The ruling was brought about by Gibson’s completing his three year probation following a motion to dismiss filed by his attorney, Blair Berk.

However, Judge Mira made it clear that the conviction would still be relevant for “gun control purposes”. Moreover, such charges could pop up again should Gibson be arrested for another DUI.

With this development, Gibson can finally put all things behind and prepare for the coming of her love child with Oksana Grigorieva.
